Which Amex cards qualify you for the 24,000 points Plat referral bonus ?

Referring from the Platinum, which cards will result in receiving 24,000 bonus points for the referee ?
The way I read this is essentially ANY MR earning AMEX except the basic card…..is it that simple or does it have to be the Platinum card they take up ?Which is the most cost-effecting card to pick up if simply for the referee bonus points (24K) and some MR points for the applicant ?
The PLAT would result in a total of 94K (24k+70K) in bonus MR points, plus the points per £ spent hitting the £4k minimum spend within 3 months. This nets a lovely amount of points however the annual fee (and thus monthly) is pretty hefty and I presume you must hold it for at least 3 months ??
So am wondering which gets you the most points per pound ?!The Platinum Card®

You will receive 24,000 bonus Membership Rewards® points if your friend or family member uses the Referral Programme to apply for a Card (other than the Basic Card) and is approved. You will not receive any points if they apply for the Basic Card.
Ask their permission first: Please don’t spam. Before sharing the referral link with your friend or family member, you must ensure you have obtained their consent to receiving this type of marketing communication. Sending emails to people without consent is considered spam.
Only friends and family: You must only send the referral link to close friends and family. We will not discuss the outcome of your friend or family member’s Card application.
Your friend or family member must apply using the referral link you share with them.
Your Card Account’s eligibility to participate in the Referral programme is based on your overall credit rating and other factors including your Account history with American Express.
You must have a Platinum Card Account to receive bonus points.
It may take up to ten weeks for the bonus points to be credited to your account, if your friend or family member’s Card application is successful.
You can earn up to a maximum of 90,000 bonus points per calendar year.
If you do not comply with these terms, you could lose your bonus points and you will be excluded from participating in the Platinum Card Referral Programme in future.
If payments to your Platinum Card Account are not kept up to date, you could lose your bonus points.
I understand my friend will not be eligible for any welcome bonus offer if they hold or have held any personal Membership Rewards-enrolled American Express Card in the past 24 months.

Try it yourself, click through to your own referral link, the landing page will take you to the Platinum Charge Card, but there will be a link to see other available cards too, the applicant can take their pick.

From your perspective any card on the list if available cards earns you 24k.
You only have to hold the card for as long as it takes to hit the minimum spend amount, transfer out the points and close it.
