I believe I have hit the spend requirements to trigger the voucher, may I know where is the voucher?

it will have / will soon appear as a line in your FC account transactions.

If you have the Virgin Red App, and look at your account activity it shows it there as a line item. It will quote the date and say “you have qualified for a credit card reward voucher”
