I only have one card sitting behind curve now, the Virgin one, and I recently got the card renewed – after adding and veryifying it through Curve every single transaction has been declined. No response from customer service chats.
My question really is it worth even bothering with Curve – apart from fee free transactions and withdrawals overseas I can see no advantage, and I have a Nationawide Flexplus for that??If you have Curve Metal, you can pay your American Express Card(s) with Curve using the fronted option with the Virgin card as underlying.

Not for me. I have another card which doesn’t natively support Apple Pay so it still allows me to use it and get a couple of % cashback on most transactions
