    Literally every time I clock through from the Avios app when I want to price up hypothetical future bookings or log into the website I get this message.

    Do I need to delete browsing data or something to get round this?

    Have you tried desktop? I’ve been getting “just one moment …” messages stuck on screen, but then when I click on “book a flight”, I do actually go through to the booking page.

    It’s almost as if they don’t want anyone making bookings …!

    Yeah it worked on desktop when I booked Iberia flights using a 2-4-1; trying to use the site on my phone is almost impossible. Even trying to go through the app is hopeless.

    I’ve found deleting all app data and logging in again helped on that front. I suspect the same would be the case for the desktop and mobile sites! I now also more often get the new club style website.
