Two queries. A friend has a credit card voucher expiring as she was given a diagnosis so was undergoing chemo. Does Virgin extend expiry in such scenarios if evidence is given?
Also, if you are not a Gold or Silver member (hence can’t transfer or gift to someone else), can the voucher be used by the supplementary card holder?
Sorry to hear about your friend. I imagine calling VS and asking if there is a policy to extend the voucher is going to be the best way to find out.
I have a feeling that a red member can make a booking for someone else from their account, with their miles and voucher. Is the supplementary cardholder also in a household VFC account? This might make it easier as well.
