Has anyone ever had any success in chasing missing points from the Shops Away portal?
It’s showing my purchase as pending but with far fewer points than should be – the rewards stated from 5 points per £1 and its seems to have tracked at 2!!! I’ve checked all the T+Cs and I haven’t fallen foul of any of those. Its a significant purchase (a fancy camera) and should be a hefty chunk of points so I’m not inclined to let this one lie.
The online form just does not go anywhere just a blank screen in Safari, in Chrome it says the website can’t accept the
page and I’m just about to try in Firefox.
Any bright ideas for other ways to contact them?Which retailer? Often electronics only qualify for a lower rate.
If it was a special offer, they sometimes only track at the lower rate but are paid at the correct rate. Just have to remember to check in 3-9 months time when it’s paid.

It was Olympus, so they don’t really sell anything else! I’ll keep an eye out over the next few months. Thanks 🙂
