Has anyone got them yet ?
No. Still waiting on the email with the code that they said would be sent out in November. If anyone else has got an email please shout so we can all keep track to know when they have been sent?
I had the email this morning (Thursday) telling me all about my points and to redeem the code by 28 February.
But NO CODE!!! I’ve reread it, checked the links, even check my FC account in case they have worked out how to automatically credit, but is definitely not there.
Will probably contact them tomorrow, as it’s not urgent with “bugs” like this I tend to wait until enough people have complained for them to eventually send a correction out 🙂
So after trying two different devices, and going to the browser view of the message the code WAS there (had been obscured by a text frame) and now successfully redeemed.
I don’t have any special email settings etc so whoever has built the message hasn’t checked for compatibility!
Yes, both my wife and I have had our emails and the points were credited to our accounts immediately.
