Anyone had an email yet with the promotion code for points that they would receive from transferring a pension to Virgin Investments & Pensions? I did the ISA offer earlier last year and got the email code about 3 after the qualifying date. Think the pension one was 20 Dec so maybe about now people should be getting them?
My wife also has done likewise. We had to argue with Virgin over her ISA points since she withdraw part and they claimed she didn’t qualify so never to an code emailed but their terms say ‘net’ investment’ and they relented and even added on an additional 10k points as an apology!
I spoke to an agent from the pension team and they advised the codes would be sent out during January so will be waiting until Feb to chase.
Nothing here yet either…Will be chasing on the 1st Feb if it doesn’t come through.
Anyone got there code yet? Clock is ticking for Virgin! Less than a week of January to go.
Not got mine. Had the confirmation back in Oct but nothing since. Has anyone actually got their code/points yet?

Can confirm mine arrived a few minutes ago, got a hefty 700,000 points now so should be able to get a one way economy ticket somewhere
Haha yes I’m done with virgin… mines going straight to Hilton!
