Hoping someone may be able to help!
My mum has been super unlucky the past 18months and needed to have a hip replacement and soon to be knee replacement. She has a virgin reward voucher that expires 27th December 2024 which she just won’t be able to use for the reasons above. I spoke to an agent who said customer service can extend vouchers for medical reasons, she would need to send a letter from her consultant and it would be reviewed.
Has anyone had any joy with this route?
Thanks in advance!
They’ve said they will so send the letter. I’d suggest an extension time that would enable her to actually use it, you can only ask and see.

+1 to this. I have never found VS to be unreasonable.
