    Just wondering if this is a wide spread issue or not.

    A friend mentioned that when he recently checked his VAA Flying Club account his VS CC spending/points had not been credited.

    I checked my Flying Club/Virgin Red account this morning and sure enough the same issue. My monthly VAA Mastercard statements have been showing the points earnt on purchases – and I assumed they would be transferred to my Flying Club account as in the past. My Flying Club shows the last credit of points from the VS CC to be September 2020. Nothing since.

    I have then been playing ping-pong between VAA and Virgin Money. VAA say contact the partner where the points are earnt. I do that and Virgin Money confirm the points earnt each month but say I need to speak to Virgin Flying Club to check why they are not showing on my account. Virgin Money confirm my flying club number is correct on their records.

    I am kicking myself for not checking my VAA Flying Club account sooner but have no up coming VAA flights booked. Covid then a bit of a dalliance with BA as VAA pulled out of LGW pulled back my VAA flying. Should a regular check however really be necessary given that each month my Virgin Money statement indicates points earnt?

    So that is two of us now playing the game of bouncing between two Virgin businesses trying to sort out the problem. Anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve it?

    My Flying Club statement was stuck in Jan 22 in terms of posting points from VA+ CC despite CC statement showing points earned. This only resolved (on its own) in the last week or two. There was a warning when logged into Flying Club earlier this year saying points are not being reflected, and they are aware of the issue. So I didn’t bother to chase. Some posters reported the same issue but some not. Having said above, a long time has passed since Sep 2020 so not sure the same issue.

    I have just noticed that my points for June and July have not credited to my account. Has anyone had any success chasing this up with Virgin?

    I had the same problem with March and April points showing on the CC statements but not showing on my Flying Club account. I too was bounced between VA and VM but eventually, last week, the points were transferred. You have to do this through VM and get them to get their Data Setup team to raise a ticket to update Virgin Red with the missing miles manually. Once done, your Flying Club account is then updated also.
