Has anyone used this tool with their flights? I’m due to fly to MIA tomorrow and I’m trying to upload Health Verification documents but keeping receiving the message ‘Not Eligible Until Feb 6’. Well, it’s February 6 now. Is it not available until check-in? My understanding was that you could upload these documents 1 calendar day before departure.
I flew to MIA on 1st Feb. Did the fly ready and worked well. I would try it again in a couple of hours. I think it needs to be within 24 hours if your flight. They send you an email once verified. Keep a copy on your phone and show the checkin person.
I’ve had this issue before. It starts to work magically when OLCI opens – it isn’t valid before then. The wording isn’t clear.
