does anyone know if there is an easy way to find out what vouchers you have earned on the VA cards, at the moment nothing shows on your Virgin Atlantic Flying Club account and so you have to call them to find out which takes hours to get through
They should normally appear under ‘My Activity’ on your account once you’re logged into virginatlantic.com. However, I can’t find any transactions under this at the moment and was told by an agent that this problem is currently affecting all members.
That said, earlier on in the year I made a booking in UC using points and then contacted Virgin by WhatsApp to retrospectively use an upgrade voucher. They then refunded the appropriate number of points. So at least you don’t need to wait on the phone if you want to make a booking with a voucher.

Look in the Virgin Red app.
Use the Account menu (bottom right of screen)
Account > Activity > look for a line with 0 points that says “You have qualified for a credit card reward voucher”
That’s it. No other details visible about expiry or anything.
One of the main points of having a forum is to avoid the same information being spread across five different places.
Unfortunately it wasn’t noticed that this had already been answered just yesterday as there are two Virgin forums and it’s not clear which one people should use.
@Rhys it was said that the topics might need tweaking. I think this is a good example of that.
Did anyone apply for the Virgin Flying Club BA Status match earlier this year and receive a pair of Clubhouse vouchers for an upgrade to silver? I understood this was part of the status match deal and was the basis on which I booked with Virgin. I have received the siliver status match but not the Clubhouse vouchers and on emailing Virgin Flying Club they are saying this was not part of the promotion!
Is it possible to use a voucher from my account when I have booked for someone else using points or cash?

Hi LucyB – Yes I used the status match to get Flying Club Silver. On 9 Nov I received an email telling me about the benefits of silver, including the 2 Clubhouse vouches. Then on 12 Nov I received two separate emails, each with a Clubhouse voucher attached. It’s probably worth hassling them as with Virgin it all seems to depend on who you talk to.
