I booked through FHR for the guaranteed 4pm checkout but have since made a claim for points to Hyatt. Do you think they will pay them or are FHR bookings excluded?
Wouldn’t stay again. My room at least, was looking its age and I know they don’t want you hanging out in the room but there’s no in room coffee or (free) water. I called down to reception as I assumed they had forget to stock but nope.
On the plus side, they did allow me to check in at about 8am with no charge.

Unfortunately FHR booking are excluded from earning Hyatt points.
