    Pretty lamentable, the mobile app has been out of service for over 2 weeks now. “Our IT teams are working urgently on it”. Laughable. BA is far from perfect but look wonderful in comparison.

    Working fine for me. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? Or login on website in a browser first?

    App has been fine for me. Used it several times over the last few weeks, both iOS and Android. Just checked again and still fine, readily showing me all the airmiles VAA won’t let me use.

    Weird, deleted and re-installed. Nada. VA don’t think it’s working: 😄
    “I have also checked, and we are aware that there is still an ongoing issue which is still being looked into by our team. We do apologies for the time this is taking, and can assure you we are working to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
    Whilst I appreciate it is not ideal, I can only recommend this as a work around for now while we resolve this technical issue with the app. I can only apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. ^Martin”
