Tried numerous times over last couple of days to use the voucher.
Accepts voucher and deducts from outstanding balance.
Every time press enter following adding card details starts to process and then stops and says form incorrectly completed.
Note on website that Hotels.com having difficulty accepting Tesco codes on app but I am using the website.
Anyone been successful recently?
Thanks for help.
I had no issues making a booking via the website and using a Tesco code on Wednesday
Hi – Can anyone confirm the refund conditions if you cancel a refundable booking originally made using Tesco vouchers on hotels.com?
The T&Cs say that the vouchers won’t be refunded, but I have heard/read otherwise on various forums. But just want to confirm.
Thanks!
Give them a call/use the live chat on hotels dot com. They’re usually pretty quick to respond.
We cancelled a night due to bad weather. When we called to move date forward one night we were told – cancel and you lose value of voucher, change date/hotel you lose value of voucher. If you ask Hotels.com to do anything rather than through app there is a £200….yes £200 admin fee.
Unless you are certain of the hotel and date I would not use Tesco voucher, if definitely no changes or unforeseen circumstances that would required then they are a good deal.
