I am not sure if it is just my account but i am unable to use my Suite Night Awards soon to be Nightly Upgrade Awards. I have requalified as Platinum Elite but the function of attaching to an existing reservation seems to have gone. Just wondering if it is part of the move to the Nightly Upgrade Awards facility
What hotel are you trying to apply them to? Not all hotels partake

Still on the app for me – just have to tap on the little bell icon in the top right of each booking and it gives the option there instead of where it used to be located.
