Hi all,
We are hoping to book 6 avios seats for an Xmas 2022 trip soon.
We had to cancel our previous trip and have 2 sets of FTVs as a result because we had two separate bookings.
There are 4 of us from one household with associated FTVs and another 2 (my in-laws) with their own FTVs.
I am wondering if anyone has experience with BA rebooking flights on another person’s behalf using their FTVs?
I would like to avoid 2 phone calls to BA and book everyone’s seats at the same time (and reduce the chance of not getting the avios flights we would like).
Any advice appreciated.
Many thanks,
Joe
As far as I know, FTVs have to stay with the named owners. If you want to book on their behalf, you might want to be added as a ‘third party nominee’ on their accounts.
