Need to change my username

My username is my email and as was pointed out to me is now in display to the world.

Please can you help me to change it?

I have a BA holiday NCL to LHR to Toulouse. Cancelled flights x2, needs overnight stay in LHR; can I enforce BA ti out me up in hotel (and claim dinner)? Thanks

Hi Peter,

This is for desktop but should give you the idea…

Hit the “Account” button top right 3rd blue button along
Go to “Edit” – bottom choice on the left hand side menu
You can edit both your nickname and your username from there.

Can you? I can edit my nickname (whatever that is…), but I can’t change what is on my username box.

I’d put your second query in a post on the BA forum (after checking it’s not already been asked) as much more likely to get seen.

I only posted here because I clicked on the wrong thread.

Holidays come under a different set of regulations of flights though.

Hi Peter. If you create a new account then I can merge your old one into that and delete it.
