We’ve just had a load of building work done and as such myself and Player 2 have managed to get through the £20k required across to Barclaycards to get the upgrade vouchers, so am now looking to move to the BA Amex to get the 241 voucher.
My question is can (and also how) I use the 2 upgrade vouchers and a 241 to book for the family of 4 in one booking (I have authority to book on her behalf as we’ve done previously)?
I’ve searched on here but haven’t managed to see a similar question posed as yet.

You can’t do it on one booking, you’ll have to use the 241 for 2 of you and the Barclays vouchers for the other 2. It may end up being 3 bookings as I’m not sure if BA will let you use 2 upgrade vouchers in 2 different names on a single booking (though you can always call and ask). You definitely can’t use the 241 and the upgrade voucher on the same booking as they are quite different products.
You can call and get BA to do all the bookings in one call but I imagine that would be an extremely lengthy process. In the past when I’ve used a 241 and the old Lloyds upgrade voucher I would pick an initial destination with consistently good availability, book the 241 for one adult and our son online then call Lloyds to make the upgrade booking as this couldn’t be done online with a domestic connection for the other adult. We never had any issues with these bookings.
