My first statement was generated a couple weeks ago. But it does not appear in my Barclays app. Also tried downloading the dedicated Barclaycard iOS app, but also does not appear.
Any ideas.
Try the website, if you still can’t then you have to call to make a complaint and expect 2-3 weeks for anything to happen.
Their back end IT staff are a farce
We’ve had the avios Barclaycard for 3 years now and still no statements in the app. I only make 3/4 transactions per month anyway so not too bothered as long as the avios get transferred each month and the upgrade voucher appears annually!
Conversely, in the other app for my HH visa, the statements appear each month like clockwork.
