Unable to use avios to book experiences

I know that it is not the best use of avios, however I planned to book some experiences in Ho Chi Minh and Bangkok in July. The link via BA use avios isn’t working and hasn’t been for a couple of weeks. Has anyone else had the same issue and did they resolve it? Links seems to go to avios.com where the only option is to book hotel or car hire not experiences like tours etc.
