Morning all. First time dealing with Capital on Tap. No sign of card two weeks after approval. I understand there are Royal Mail delays but that doesn’t really excuse it. Wondering should I just give up on it and cancel? Can’t count how much literature they shoved through my door over the years only to botch it when I finally signed up …
Have you contacted them on live chat? My experience of their service is good.

Sent them an email earlier today …I’ve been finding live chat options as bad as telephone lines these days so hadn’t tried.
Now sorted. They gave me £50 for the inconvenience and said that the three month spending period (to hit bonus) would begin from today rather than approval date (and the card should reach me in 3-5 biz days). Good service recovery anyway.
