Hi, trying to book a reward flight MAN to MCO, dates and availability are there but every time I go to checkout and enter my card details I keep getting error 2007 when it tries to confirm the booking. I’ve tried to call and nobody has any idea other than checking out on the phone. Doing this I would lose my £100 Amex credit however so would rather not.
Anyone had experience with this before?
If you were using a mobile phone / app – use a PC instead and do it on the website.
The two processes are totally different, and when payment fails at that stage on the App it is often fine on the website.
Ive tried it on phone and 2 different laptops. Used both mine and the wife’s Amex. Tried incognito and using a VPN. Starting to go insane! On hold to them now.
