Transferring avios from Iberia

I have a small amount of AVios in Iberia, 550 only and they expire soon so I was just going to transfer them to BAEC through Combine My AVios, however I get the messgae:

Sorry, you currently don’t meet the terms and conditions to transfer Avios.

ANy idea why this is or how I can fix it….I haven’t used Iberia for 3 years

Got the same email about expiring avios from Iberia and same response about not meeting conditions. Tried the above link for avios. com / AerClub and got currently not available. Seems I might lose my hefty stash of 2000 avios!!
