I remember from years ago there was an issue with entering the Radisson membership number to set up a transfer partner. I tried it today and yes, it wouldn’t accept my Radisson membership number. I have done it in the past but can’t remember what the work around was – adding a couple of numbers somewhere lol. Can anyone help?
Remove the 6 first digits of the membership number and try again. Should work. Did for me an many others.
How has this not been addressed over the years as from reading here it seems like it’s been a long standing issue? I linked my account about two weeks ago and had to get assistance from Live Chat. Assumed at the time it was related to a mismatch in address formats. The error message is the least useful messaging you could get too.
