Transfer bonus to Hilton?

Hi everyone,

I was told occasionally there are transfer bonuses to Hilton Honours, I’ve been holding off transferring anything waiting for the bonus, however to my knowledge there hasn’t been one! I was wondering if anybody knows any different or if there is a usual time of year bonuses are likely offered.

Maybe in other territories, but I don’t ever remember one in the UK. If you don’t need the points now, though, you may as well just wait anyway.

Not sure I’ve seen any others before or since though, although others may be able to tell you otherwise.

To one of Rob’s top tips, always best to keep them as MR until you need them to maximise flexibility (or until an offer like this comes along).

There have been a couple of Hilton ones in recent years, one targetted and one not. It still isn’t a no-brainer though (50% bonus is 3 per £1 so basically 1p-worth, which is what you’d expect from an Avios transfer). As noted above, if you need to book now then transfer, if not, wait just in case.
