Top bar on website taking up half the page

Currently on Firefox and Safari on Mac the top bar is taking up almost half the page, with all content blockers turned off. Each word on “How many Avios do I need to fly to…?” is taking up one line.

Good Morning
Apologies I don’t know where to post a question on the Forum.
BA is not wanting to re credit my Avios points for a cancelled flight (cancelled one week prior to departure) saying as it was a voluntary cancellation by me then the Avios are non refundable.
They seem to be ignoring my requests to have my Barclaycard Cabin Upgrade Voucher reissued.
I have read the rules and regs and I am certain I am entitled to both.
Am I misreading something?
