Tier points for reward flights crediting

For a paid flight I’ve typically seen tier points added a few days after the flight, but I haven’t seen this with a recent reward booking.

Would be keen to know how this works – does it take longer, is it only credited after the completion of the return leg etc.

No, mine were credited almost immediately. I can’t tell you how quickly though as the VS website is broken and doesn’t show them, also my tier year happened to be within a day or so of me making silver with the outbound leg of this current trip.

They didn’t bother to tell me I was now silver either. it just shows in the app and on the website.
