I have silver status as a result of flights pre-pandemic, which was then extended multiple times. Previously in the ‘my profile’ section of the VA site, I was showing as 100 tier points and an expiry date of Sep 22.
Yesterday in the app it showed me as a red member and having 375 tier points. Today I have the same tier points but my status is silver. And no expiry date is being shown. Anyone else noticed something odd going on with their account?
yes i was 175 now 875 and my wife was 175 now 775 heres hoping it sticks:)
I was just north of 1000 (then started collecting on OW). Now at 2505.
Nothing in the statement about it… not complaining, though!
There’s something VERY wrong at the moment with the VS app / website: My tier points are north of 7200! However, have spoken to VS several times over the weekend and they are aware of the issue.
This looks like it’s historical tier points
