Any ideas how to get hold of these for London 2024, other than paying the inflated prices on stubhub (those tickets also risk being cancelled)?

Sometimes tickets appear on Gumtree and Schpock but often closer to the date.

Not 100% sure as I’m no the biggest fan (my wife is). But last month was the presale, where you had to register in advance and if lucky you were given the option to buy tickets few weeks later. We were lucky enough to had the option to buy tickets for London, Liverpool or Edinburgh. We went for Edinburgh, and the date suits us better (we paid £180 per person for very nice seating tickets).
I thought about buying tickets for the three venues and then resale them, but finally decided that wasn’t worth the risk…
As it was a presale, I would say that more tickets would be released later on.
I received an email from AXS (the official seller along Ticketmaster) than you can resale tickets (through oficial channels) for up to 10% more of the original price. So closer to the date, some tickets may be available that way.

Only option is to pay those prices. VIP tickets in general release where £660 and often the only ones left as half the stadium is VIP

That’s the very inflated price seats they have persuaded people are the very important person ones.

Makes Glyndebourne look an absolute bargain as well as being somewhat more comfortable than a football stadium.

I’m not sure if you are aware, but the tour is a ‘lead booker’ event. This means that the person who paid for the tickets on their card must attend the event in person and you won’t be able to buy on the secondary market and get in to teh event, unless you meet up with the person who paid and enter at the same time. If you’ve missed out on the sale then I wouldn’t risk buying from others…

There is an official resale site on AXS. I missed the studhub bit when I first read it, definitely don’t use studhub

Yes – don’t use Stubhub. Long story short, we were in Warsaw last year, and couldn’t get entry in to the Coldplay concert there, as we had the wrong tickets by virtue of Stubhub. It was a lead booker event, but seller stated tickets would be personalised to me.

Denied entry. Tried calling the USA helpline (as UK one closed by this point) and the person on the end of the phone hung up on me !!

I made a claim via credit card, and got the ticket money back. It turned out to be a great trip otherwise, but lesson learnt… don’t use Stubhub !!

Ditto with the above – the only way to guarantee that tickets you’ve bought via resale don’t get cancelled (and at more reasonable prices) is through the official Ticketmaster and AXS resales. But they’re usually gone quickly as soon as someone lists their tickets for sale, so you’ll probably have to check constantly throughout the year.

I have spare Edinburgh tickets which I’m probably going to resell through the official channels closer to the date, as I have secured better tickets for her German shows. I suspect you’ll probably find many other people doing something similar – as in selling their tickets like around a month or so before her concerts next year

Which dates and how much would you sell them for? I’m a big swiftie and would happily buy one and meet up before entry. Or buy it through the resale channel as soon as you put it up

I’m going to see if any one I know personally will want those tickets first over the next few months, before offering them for sale in like April/May, sorry!

But if I do end up selling them, it’ll be around the price which I’ve paid for the tickets including all fees, which I think was around £550 for 3 tickets.

Fair, I’m sure they’ll be 3 happy people regardless!
