SWISS BOGOF fare rules – did anyone make a note of them?

Did anyone book in July 2021’s BOGOF offer for first/business class and were sensible enough to take a screen shot of the fare rules?

It seems to be nigh on impossible to find them out now. No documentation I’ve received states what they are and the SWISS FAQ say that you need to check your fare rules to determine what flexibility you’ve got. They do helpfully state that these are displayed at the time of booking and one should “write them down”.

As you can tell, I didn’t write them down!

I have flights booked to Thailand at the very end of April and I just want to check my options just in case we can’t get into the country.

Plan B will be to spend an hour on hold to get an agent to tell me.

If you can give the date you booked I can try look up in Expertflyer

But IIRC they were change without fee but liable for the fare difference. Which was the kicker on these fares – if flights are busy or you aren’t rebooking during another sale this could be chunky!!

That said I do not foresee another roll back from Thailand personally. Just make sure you’ve got some insurance covering you if you can’t travel if you have COVID etc

Thank you! I booked on 11 July 2021 for travel departing 29 April 2022 / returning 14 May 2022.

I mainly want to check if changes can include a change of destination, or if it’s just dates, and if the rescheduled booking has to complete by a certain date. I fully expect to pay a fare difference as the 2-4-1 fare is exceptionally cheap!
