I received a survey about Radisson rewards, which had the most loaded questions I’ve ever seen on a survey.
It pretty much asked “would you prefer a confusing and complicated structure or a simple one”
and
“Would you prefer complicated benefits that only top tiers can access or something simple that everyone can access”They also wanted to know if I would be interested in “bringing my own pillow”.
They did also ask about interest in free breakfast, welcome gifts, lounge access, so perhaps they’re not completely mad.
A question about “earning points from partners” mentioned “credit cards”. I don’t see that happening, but it would be nice.
Survey offers 2000 points so check your spam.
