Stansted Escape Lounge – how to get in?

I was there a couple of weeks ago, about 11am on a Wednesday. Wasn’t given the option of a virtual queue, just a physical one. Didn’t think to check the time I joined but probably half an hour wait. Was it worth it? No, probably not, but once you’re in a queue it’s hard to give up as you’ve already “invested” the time, no matter how illogical that is.
