Does anyone know if there is a ‘short list’ of hotels that are participating in this offer or does it an apply to all of them in the designated continents? Thanks in anticipation!
Probably opt-in, with most managed participating.

Just pick the hotels you’re interested in, your dates, and use the flex search to see the rate. You can even enter, “Germany” and then with flex off, see the rates which show up and slowly move the map for it to populate the list with rates from nearby countries for those dates.
