    My current status of Sliver was meant to expire on the 31st March. My account still shows silver but with an expiry of 31st March 2022? I also show 100 tier points from the Covid rollover and 40 tier points for a number of recent KLM flights. Still not sure when the status will update correctly and how many tier points will remain towards this years target?

    Hi Molly, I was in exactly the same position as yourself last week. I gave the Virgin Upper Class rewards desk a call. Phone answered in 2 minutes max and a wonderful member of staff gave me the current status (Silver) and all the tier points and expiry dates against my account, she also told me that my 2-4-1 had been extended until 2024. Give them a call.
