Singapore reward flight , easy change

Booked a Singapore reward flight business DPS to SIN when they had their monthly KrisFlyer spontaneous escapes.
Got to airport early on flight day and they just changed us to earlier flight at no cost.
Brilliant service.

DPS airport team are great but I wouldn’t count on this usually, SQ are usually extremely rigid about these things

True. The call centre staff are especially rigid, but they did move our tickets to another date for free, as partner fell sick, without asking for document evidence.
