Hello all.
Sitting at City looking at our BA plane to Berlin and a group of engineers trying to fix it.
If it’s cancelled, can I self-book onto the next BA fight (which has a few seats left) in about three hours, rather than waiting to be rebooked – and get that refunded? We won’t be top of the list for rebooking but I’ve made a lot of plans for the weekend (visiting where my grandad was a POW) that I’m desperate not to miss. I really want to get ahead the moment it’s cancelled.
I have done this once before with a weather cancellation in Innsbruck, but it feels a little risky given the cost.
Thanks all!
You woundn’t have been able to rebook until the flight had been officially cancelled anyway.
