Would anyone have screenshot of the offer at that time for 10,000 Nectar. I’ve only received 8,000. When I made a complaint, they said t&c on 24/10/22 was for 8000. Thank you

Good job their cards are utterly useless day-to-day.
I also received just 8000 points. Called Sainsbury’s Bank, spent half an hour explaining the offer and reading the above screenshot, NO extra points. They told me to contact Nectar. Will close the card in the coming days.
I replied to the complaints team with the screenshot and got the extra 2000 points. Still waiting for the complaints team to acknowledge their initial response was incorrect.

I auto convert Nectar to Avios. Any advice on which one to accept? Thank you

Well £75 you can spend anywhere can only ever be better than £75 you can only spend in Sainsbury’s/Argos
@Shazza12 You have an opportunity to buy Avios at 0.8p each. Whether or not you think they are worth buying at that price is something only you can answer.

Sainsburys bank argued that a 10k offer only ever exists in store, not online, and after a while said I had to call back in May when the +60d from offer period completes. We agreed that we both knew it was not going to post between now and May, and I hung up.

I got the same BS about the store offer, but when I asked why did they advertise it on their website they had no comeback. Is there a way to raise a complaint online because I have found Sainsbury Bank customer service agents to be ignorant. Don’t want to argue with them again and waste my time. I would rather raise a complaint online.

Take it to the FO, at least you can sleep in the knowledge it will cost them way more in £ than 2k in points. Disgusting behaviour.
Same thing happened to me. When they said no I asked to raise a formal complaint; they said they would review the records of their offers; I pointed out I had no faith in their records and wished to submit the screenshot showing them their own offer; they kept me on hold for 20 mins whilst they discussed with the complaints team trying to figure out a way for me to send them a screenshot… and eventually offered to pay out the 2k points to get me off the line and close the complaint.
What’s more… it happened the same way 1 or 2 years ago. They payout then was also a ‘goodwill gesture’ rather than making good on their advertised offer.
Their enhanced bonus promotions do not seem to work properly, then they claim no knowledge and it is on you to prove it and hassle them for the right points.
Keep at it. It may only be 2k nectarines, but it’s the principle! 😀

I’ve also raised a complaint re the missing 2k from the 10k promotion, it’s not the points it’s the principle, still not heard and it’s been months, sigh.
