Royal Jordanian >> BA Bronze >> 7 Day Seat Selection

Hi all,
As title suggests:
I have an existing BA Avios redemption booked in my name + 2 other passengers.
I have a Silver Jay membership number which I updated in manage my booking over at RAM (as advised by others on the forum).
I did this last night however some 16 hours later, I can still see my BA FF number against my name in the BA Manage my Booking and I am still being charged for seat selection (flight is 5 days away).

Can anyone advise any further pointers, checks or hoops to jump through to ensure success of what I am trying to achieve – which is select seats for free 7 days pre departure?

I also tried to do this back in Jan with a Qatar flight and same thing. Updated in RAM but no obvious changes in BA MMB.

Either call BA for the fastest response, or message them on Facebook Messenger to ensure the right number is against the booking

I just had success!!
Seems I had not saved the update through properly on RAM.
Once I did, the RJ FF number appeared in BA MMB and I chose seats for free 🙂
