Restaurants near T2

I have a relatively important business guest staying at T2 on a Wednesday night. Does anyone have any tips on where to take them for dinner ? I will be driving so can go travel a little but not too far. Central London is not an option.

Can’t really help but you might get better responses if you said what sort of environment you were looking for, type of food and budget.

Thanks for the feedback – that would likely be helpful ! Its a business contact so somewhere smart but not overly formal. Budget not really an issue nor type of cuisine.

So you can’t get the Express from T2? There’s a lot of great restaurants in Marylebone.

Or La Belle Epoque at the Sofitel T5 looks quite smart. (I’ve not been there).

Is Heston’s Fat Duck Restaurant and his pub in Bray still there? Would Tom Kerridge’s pub in Marlow be too informal?

If they’re European it’s hard to find decent Indian food in Europe, so going into town might be worth it for that. As it’s summer maybe somewhere with tables outside or in a garden?

I guess the Manoir aux Quatre Saisons would be overdoing it!!!
