I often use Kayak & Travel Super Market to get good deals too
Does status get recognized if you book through these brokers?

Status does not get recognised, but in my experience the status benefits tend to be quite modest so if the cost is lower then I wouldn’t worry too much about it. I’d also suggest looking at trip.com – they seem to be very competitive these days.
