Hello. I have on my BAPP a referral bonus of 16k Avios. Will ANY card attract this offer? ( like the cashback or ‘free’ cards? ) many thanks.

The T&C’s state the following on my referral link (my bold):
“You will receive 12,000 bonus Avios if your friend or family member uses the Referral Programme to apply for a Card (other than the Basic Card) and is approved. You will not receive any Avios if they apply for the Basic Card.”
Ah thanks. So the ‘basic card’ is an actual card! 🤦🏻♀️ Never knew. I’m guessing any other card will be fine – like the platinum cashback card?
Copy the referral link yourself, paste it into a browser, then at the top/left there’s a “see other cards with referral bonus”. Any of these cards can be picked by your refer-ee and you get the referral bonus.
