    Struggling to get the cash back on a flexible booking despite complying with the terms. Hotel (Radisson Blu residence, Cape Town) is ignoring me and the Radisson web form has not confirmed by email that my complaint has been received. I want to give them a chance (and demonstrate I’ve done my best) before letting Amex deal with it so relevant email addresses would be appreciated 🙂

    Bit extreme for 7%, unless you got a much better offer than I did.

    I might be missing something here but the room was £150 cash not points so I’m not intending to let them keep it without a bit of a fight 🙂

    I think the OP meant refund, not cashback.
