Also having problems having stuck with the JL flight change.
Noticed that I had no seat booking post change of flight – that should have been obvious. JL website cannot seem to find my booking, so cannot select seats (even for a fee) – already in Japan so need a way home!
@dshunter – did you accept the change when QR notified you? When these of changes occur, they need to be updated in the airline’s system. If you made the booking through QR, you need to speak with them in the first instance.
I did, albeit rather belatedly as there was a chance I’d need to cancel, regardless my outbound to NRT went fine – unfortunately Qatar airlines contact form appears not to be working but was wondering if other people were able to see their booking on the JL site.

I would be inclined to call QR to get the matter resolved for once and for all. QR should be able to confirm the booking is correctly set up and give you the ticket number (if you can’t see that on the QR app) as that may help JL locate your booking which may have a different PNR.
Used web chat. Couldn’t help me with logging in via JL but they were able select my seat.
