QATAR: Reduced TPs and avios when credited to BAEC

I was just looking at the Avios calculator for a QR flight in economy.

Now all buckets for economy except the fully flexible flexible flights earn 20TPs and 25% avios on the long-haul flights (rather than 50% and 35TPs). Is this just me? When did this change?
