Qatar Privilege Club – can you still transfer BA Avios to others via back door?

Has the ability to move avios between household members via Qatar ended? I can’t seem to get this working. Thanks

A few people have said that they couldn’t get it to work so I think we have to assume this hole has been plugged.

Remember its just a flat £15 fee to move 27,000 Avios to another person now, repeatable annually.
