Apologies if asked before. Do Qatar double Avios reward bookings operate in the same way BA ones do? Ie cancellable for full refund (no deductions at all) at 24 hours notice? Thanks.

Not spoken to anyone who knowingly booked one to be honest.
Bit the bullet and cancelled. Avios refunded pretty instantly. Money refunded to credit card within 28 days but I’d assume far quicker. Waiting to see if there is a deduction. With no status (unlike BA) I think it’s $25 for each passenger on booking.
Reason for original booking was late booked flight Australia/Qatar. Though double, a fraction of the cash price. Cancelled as non double ticket has become available.
