Seems the broken link also causes Qatar to withdraw all their seats that week that were showing on BA.com and all business seats in Qatar website. Seems online chat feature says hello my name is xxx and then leaves you hanging for 20mins. Hopeless. Fingers crossed the seat gets reloaded when the hanging basket is reset. Any idea how long that can take (or when a redemption is booked all the way to payment but then falls over. How long for it to show available again as it has not actually been booked)
Seat became available again today and this time it went through to payment page but then timed out within 15 seconds as we opened the bank app to do the authentication process and even though it was accepted it still times out. Anyone else getting this problem?
