Ever since I downloaded the Qatar app (Android) yesterday my account seems to keep locking out. I think it has something to do with the OTP process as I see a message saying that it has been incorrectly entered too many times, which I haven’t.
Deleted the app, having never managed to get past the OTP prompt anyway (I never received codes). I eventually managed to get back in via the website. Then went to see if I can switch OTP off, but the options to change the OTP settings were non-responsive.
Having reinstalled the app (and this time managed to log in on it), I’m now locked out of the website again.
Anyone else had this?
I am getting the same error. Were you able to find a workaround for this?
