How come some profiles have images above their name but when I click on account there is no way to edit and add an image?
Was this option turned on then off again?
I’m using Chrome if that makes a difference.
I think it would be good to allow images as it makes it easier to spot regular posters, plus possibly also newbies.
It’s a wordpress wide picture, linked to your email address. To have it shown on here you need to upload it to gravatar.com (iirc) and then anywhere you use that email address with wordpress that pic will show.
Correct – it runs off the Gravatar system.
Important: the same picture will be used on any other online forum or comment section powered by WordPress if you use the same email address.
